  1. Building refurbishments

    Whether you have just moved into a new property, or want work done on your existing house to increase its value before you sell, Nyland Construction have a vast array of skills at your disposal.

    Wherever you are planning to build, it is important to think about how people get to the extension from the rest of the house. That is often the difference between a good job and a bad one. We see your extension from plan to completion, so it blends in harmoniously with the existing building.

  3. Loft and garage conversions

    Anything that can be converted into living space can give a family useful extra room, an office for working at home, or perhaps a gym or games room. That goes for lofts and garages, and for the outbuildings, outside toilets and coal sheds many older houses still have.

    Complete project management from sourcing to installation: plumbing, wiring, tiling and decoration by teams of time served installers. We go to all necessary lengths to ensure the suitability and quality of the products we install and the methods we employ.

  7. Windows and door frames

    Whether you are upgrading your original frames or restoring your home to its former glory, traditional wood or PVC windows and doors will add value. Our bespoke design service can recreate an existing design to keep a home's traditional look and feel, and PVC doors and windows come in many colours.

  8. Terraces and balconies

    Terraces and balconies can be added above your new extension, or on top of an existing single or two storey flat roof building. With our architectural partners we offer design and installation, with plenty of advice on floor finishes and handrails for you to choose from.

One job, start to finish

Cliff, at Nyland Construction, built us a single story kitchen/diner extension, knocking in to the existing house and connecting to the two spaces. This was our first foray in to any sort of building project and we spent several weeks trying to find the right builder. We have absolutely zero regrets, Cliff has been exceptional front start to finish. The qualities that mattered to us most were; the quality of workmanship, making sure that the builder wasn’t juggling multiple projects and reliability/honesty. Cliff was the right man for us and continually demonstrated every one of these qualities. He was an extremely trustworthy individual and used his years of knowledge and huge network of people to build a sublime extension. We could not be happier with him or the end product; a fantastic outcome.

Nyland construction recently fitted a skylight for us. Cliff came to quote and we received this quickly and took him up on the work. Cliff turned up on the arrange day and time to carry out the work needed to install a skylight. It was such a pleasure to meet him. He kept the area clean and tidy at the end of each day and made sure I knew what stage the work was at and what was happening. The finish to the work is brilliant.
